The Roybal Corporation (TRC) completed a five year mational term contract with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide architectural, engineering, and environmental analysis of multi-family housing projects. These surveys were performed to verify compliance with HUD standards and environmental regulations. In addition to these services, TRC also provided comprehensice physical inspections of JUD properties and low-income housing market assessments designed to assist HUD in the development of cost estimates for repair and maintenance of the sites in question. 

Since 1992, TRC has conducted similar inspections and provided a wide array of sevices to HUD throughout the United States and Puerto Rico in the execution of this contract. Our inspectors and filed observers have been commended for their quality reporting and investigations, and HUD representatives have expressed a high degree of satisfaction with TRC’s summary report.
