Located nearly 400 miles from the nearest ocean, El Paso, Texas is not a place that one would associate with desalinating salt water. However, at the northern reaches of the Chihuahua desert, El Paso sits atop an underground reserviour of salty water. El Paso is tapping into this supply for their own uses. This is a very unique situation and the El Paso Water Utlities took this opportunity to teach residents about desalination and more importantly about conservation.

The Tech2o Center shows off this technlogy in a dynamic and exciting exhibit center. The exhibits were designed, fabricated and installed by The Roybal Corporation.
