Commuter Rail Platforms, Transition Plazas, Vehicle Circulation and Parking
Eagle P3 is the Regional Transportation District’s current FastTrack’s planning initiative, and includes the 11.3 mile Gold Line connection the City of Wheatridge with Denver’s Union Station. The Roybal Corporation is in the final stages of design documentation for four electrified commuter rail stations on the Gold Line: Federal, Sheridan, Olde Town, and Arvada Ridge.
The scope of work for each station includes platform and canopy design, vertical circulation, transition plaza, transit bus operations, parking and vehicle circulation, pedestrian circulation, and site amenities. The project involves working in collaboration with more than a dozen firms to plan, design, and produce construction documents for this complex and essential transit infrastructure project.
